Final-sale items, gift cards, and items marked “Final Sale” are not eligible. To start a return or exchange, email tzarcouture.info@gmail.com with your order number and the item or items you’d like to return or exchange. Please note that return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. Once we receive and inspect the item, we issue refunds to the original payment method, but shipping fees are non-refundable.

Option 2: "How long does shipping take, and how can I track my order?" Orders are usually processed within 1 to 3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. After your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details. Delivery times depend on your location and the carrier, but most U.S. orders arrive within 3 to 7 business days after shipment. Option 3: "How do I choose the right size?" Check the size details listed on each product page, including fit notes, stretch, and model sizing. If an item is labeled as One Size, it’s designed to fit a range of sizes, and the recommended range will be in the description. If you’re between sizes, we generally suggest sizing up for a relaxed fit or sizing down for a more fitted look, especially for non-stretch fabrics. If you’re still unsure, email us your height, weight, and usual size, and we’ll recommend the best fit for you.

Option 4: "How should I wash and care for my LE TZAR clothing?" To keep your clothing looking new, turn garments inside out, wash them in cold water on a gentle cycle, and use mild detergent. Avoid bleach and fabric softeners. Hang dry or lay flat to dry whenever possible, as high heat can shrink or damage fabrics. If you need to use a dryer, tumble dry on low. For delicate items, hand-wash or use a mesh laundry bag. Always follow the care label instructions on the garment, as those take priority.

Option 5: "What should I do if my order arrives damaged, missing, or incorrect?" If your order arrives damaged, missing items, or the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at tzarcouture.info@gmail.com. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue, including the packaging. We’ll review the situation and make it right, usually by sending a replacement if available or issuing a refund or credit. Please keep all packaging until the issue is resolved.
